Refund Policy
To initiate a return, the customer must contact Marine Holdings Inc exclusively by email at info@marineholdingsinc.com No other method of communication will be accepted for the initiation of a return request.
Marine Holdings Inc accepts returns solely at its discretion. Returns are generally considered only for standard service components, including but not limited to spark plugs, impellers, timing belts, engine oil, commonly ordered gaskets, and other routine service items.
Given that this website supplies specialist marine and outboard engine parts, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that any product purchased is suitable for their specific engine. Any part that is not compatible with an outboard engine will be deemed a special order item and is strictly non-returnable.
A significant number of the products offered on this website are classified as special order items and are therefore non-returnable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: carburettors, gearboxes, cowlings, drive shafts, infrequently ordered components, and non-standard gaskets. Items procured in error will not be accepted for return, exchange, or refund.
Marine Holdings Inc will not process refunds or returns for items ordered incorrectly by the customer.
In the exceptional event that a product is suspected to be defective, the customer must notify Marine Holdings Inc and commence the return process within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with Yamaha’s established parts return policy. Failure to provide timely notification is likely to result in rejection of the return claim.
All items returned under a claim of defect will be subject to examination by Marine Holdings Inc and, where necessary, by Yamaha, to determine whether a genuine defect exists. Should an item be returned as defective and subsequently found to be fault-free, it will be returned to the customer. In such circumstances, the customer shall be liable for all associated shipping costs and an administrative fee of $25 + VAT.
